I filled four bags with my old clothes. Crazy. It was mostly old stuff that doesn’t fit anymore, but some of it I don’t think suited me nowadays, or wouldn’t suit the person I’m projecting my self to be. Also sorted out my supplements for the next two weeks and had a tidy. Threw out a lot of stuff. Plan for tomorrow morning is to have a workout and go through the last drawer, see if I can make it five bags of clothes ready for the charity shop. Then in the afternoon I have a couple of videos I’ve made with Jake that I need to edit before I upload. He’s discovered I was a “Youtuber” in the past and we’ve carried on a series I originally made with Lewis. It makes him happy, and that makes me happy. I know I had a crisis of congruence a while back about wanting to be a therapist and a streamer, but I think I could do both. Maybe I could do a bit of my coaching course later on in the evening when Jake is in bed, but I’d like to get the editing done so it’s ready when he comes in from school. Longer term tasks for the week are contact a driving instructor now that I can afford to take some more lessons, and have a tidy up of my bookshelf downstairs, make it look a bit more organised.
Four bags!

Hi, my name's Iain and this is my website.
I'm in my mid-forties, have a lovely wife and an amazing ten year old boy. I've struggled with my mental health and issues like anxiety and procrastination all my life, and I've recently come to discover that it was undiagnosed ADHD with a splash of autism. Since my son was born, I came to realise that he deserved better as a father, so I decided to do something about it and become the best version of me that I can be.
I currently use this website as a central repository of everything going on in my life and all the things I'm working on. Feel free to have a look around.
