Just to update you on this post, well, we’re all moved down to the garage now (I say garage, but it’s not been very garage-like for a long time). It took about a day to get everything all moved and plugged in and organised, and it’s turned out quite nice. It’s a bit nicer on the feet, as this room is carpeted unlike the old study (which I guess we can kinda officially call the Nursery now, seeing as the next person who’s going to spend any reasonable amount of time in there is Flipper), and there’s a bit less of an echo.
It’ll be a while before it feels like home, but it’s getting there already.
