I wrote 6/4/13 all over things yesterday, for some reason I thought that was the date.
So, what’s been happening?
On the community site I wrote about ilomilo, which was great, and made a video with Lewis where we played X-Men Arcade on the 360 – the video is up on Youtube right now. Go watch it. Finally getting around to recording the video, then editing it, then putting it up on Youtube was a great relief off my shoulders, and I proved to myself that I can do it. Also, the RGF was the scathing attack on meaningless meta-gaming “Achievement Unlocked!”.
In an attempt to get some memories of RF to put in a big post about the tenth anniversary, I put a topic asking for people’s input on (now defunct website) and on GRcade – none of which are attracting much attention… Is it really time for me to wind this up? Or do I soldier on with trying to build on what we have with new faces? Whatever you say, my mind is made up, I’m moving forward with everything – I’m not going to let this die.
My cracked fingers have pretty much stopped being cracked over the course of the last couple of days – it must have something to do with me not using a Fructis hair product on my hair anymore – it’s the only thing I’ve changed recently that I’ve been doing for as long as I can remember having dry, chapped fingertips. Funny that as soon as I stop using it, my fingers heal. Interesting.
Also, I’ve started doing Shopping List LOLs, which entertains me, at the very least.
