Hey, I’m going to do a Friday update on a Friday for a change! I’m in the front room watching Jake while he sleeps rather than writing it in my study as usual, using my video-recoding laptop rather than the familiar keyboard on the main PC… I’ve never used this keyboard to type before, so I keep missing letters and the backspace key is in a slightly strange position (for me, anyway), so when I do try to delete some wrong letters I make it a bit worse before it gets better.
Anyway, I’ve been back at work for a week now, and it’s more tiring than I remembered. Or is it that the majority of my hours are concentrated into two longer day shifts now, rather than a few shorter shifts? Who knows. It could also be that I’ve just had a month off, I’m not sure. I’m more tired than usual, that I am sure of. Since being back it has felt like Christmas, even though our Christmas stock isn’t out yet (we usually put that out as soon as the Halloween stuff is no longer relevant). It was super messy and unorganised when I got back, but to be fair for two of the weeks I was away we did only have new people who only knew the basics working on Music and Video.
Fans of my YouTube stuff rejoice, because I actually did some editing this past week! The video is ready to be uploaded – I just need to work out when the best time do upload it would be as I don’t really want to be uploading stuff to YouTube while playing in the Crucible in Destiny… That would really screw up my internet connection. So, expect a video about the Xbox 360 videogame “Super Time Force” soon – hope you enjoy it. As I said in a previous update, I’ve got maybe two episodes worth of Dark Souls to edit, but it should be a bit quicker as I’ve got to grips with Sony Vegas a bit more now – it’s just so much more professional than Windows Movie Maker. I wanna start the Destiny Warlock streams soon, but I did have a trial run and it was terrible – we need to upgrade our internet for sure before I even attempt it again.
