An old RF favourite today, it’s Squares 2!
This is a reaction-based, arcade style survival game in which you control a black square and you have to avoid red squares. Survive for as long as you can, or go for the high score by absorbing other black squares. Collect black circles for short power-ups, or collect red circles (if you dare) for a power-down.
Erm… That’s about it. As pure as they come, with a real just-one-more-go feeling, Squares 2 is really good fun.
Now, I’m not sure if it’s my browser, but the game was a little laggy at times. It may just be where Squares 2 is quite old and Flash or Java or some technical computery stuff has moved on and advanced so much that it’s not performing quite as it should anymore, I don’t know. It may work fine for you. You should try it.
