Mum’s birthday weekend

I spent this weekend over in Southampton, as it is my Mum’s birthday today. I went over yesterday and got back a few hours ago, I had a lovely time catching up with Mum, and it was great to see my bro and Jasmine after so long. She’s really growing up, walking by herself now, and almost talking coherently (she picks up her toy phone and says something clearly resembling “Hello dog”), she’s so cute. CBeebies is on almost all day here, and now it’s on almost all day at David’s too – we spent more time talking about CBeebies than the usual stuff like awesome films, amazing videogames and cool TV shows, it was most odd. We had a lovely evening in last night, watching X-Factor and eating nibbles, then today we went round to David and Katie’s, then went for a pub lunch. All in all, a lovely weekend.
