I got my new course materials! Yay! It only took them three months to honour my request to move on to the next part of my course. I’m chuffed, buzzing with anticipation to get learning.

Ok, I started the course a couple of years ago and the guy in the initial interview said I’d be done with the first part in a couple of weeks, it’s all elementary. Yeah right. It took everything I knew from hands-on experience in the general IT field and told me it was wrong. Even the first part of the course based around Word, Excel and Powerpoint took six months, mainly because I was using the latest version of them, and the tests were based on an older version. Nice.
Eventually I just got fed up with it, the exam I was stuck on made very little sense to me, and any time I asked Computeach for help they sent a stock reply back, a “General Studying Tips” email. Useful. About three months ago I just got sick of it and demanded either a refund or some real help.
Funnily enough, they helped!
